Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a jeho klíčovou rolí v integraci těchto jedinců skrze uplatnění na trh práce. Vymezuje základní pojmy dotýkající se tématu práce a zabývá se jeho teoretickým zakotvením v právních normách a kontextu sociální politiky. Dále propojuje problematiku s teoriemi, metodami a technikami sociální práce, využitelnými v projektu, kterému práce tvoří podklad. V závěru zohledňuje etické hledisko, definuje možná etická dilemata a shrnuje zjištěné poznatky.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the employment of people with disabilities and its key role in the integration of these individuals into the labour market. It defines basic concepts related to the topic and deals with the theoretical grounding of the topic in legal norms and the context of social policy. It also links the topic to theories, methods and techniques of social work, applicable in the project for which the thesis is the basis. Finally, it takes into account the ethical perspective, defines possible ethical dilemmas and contains a summary of the findings.
