Analysis of Austrian wines
Abstract:
Cílem práce „Analýza rakouských vín“ je na základě analýzy a komparace zhodnotit vína a odrůdy révy vinné u nás a v Rakousku. Obsahem první části bude popis oblastí Rakouska, rakouských vinařských regionů, vymezení vinařských zákonů a zákonná ustanovení označení DAC. V druhé praktické části bude provedena analýza vín pěti odrůd pěstovaných v Rakousku a v České republice, vliv klimatu na tyto odrůdy …more
Abstract:
The aim of this work „Austrian wines analysis“ is an analysis of Austrian wines in comparsion to Czech wines. Subject of a forepart will be description Austrian region, Austrian wine region, defenition wine law and lawful of DAC. In a second part will be effected practical wine analysis of five sample from Austria and Czech Republic, influence of climate and recommendation to Czech wine maker.
