Financial management of an allowance organization

Abstract:

Cílem práce je charakterizovat hlavní zdroje pro financování příspěvkových organizací, zhodnotit jejich využívání ve zvolené organizaci a na základě vybraných ukazatelů analyzovat ekonomické zdraví vybrané organizace. Popis organizační struktury a provedení finanční analýzy na základě účetních výkazů příspěvkové organizace CEKUS Chotěboř. V první části se věnuji teoretické části, popisu neziskového sektoru, veřejnému sektoru. V další části jsou uvedeny druhy organizačních struktur. Poslední část je věnována výpočtu ukazatelů finanční analýzy.

Abstract:

The target of the work is to characterize the main sources for financing state-funded organizations, to assess their using in chosen organization and on the base selected indicators to analyze economic health of selected organization. Description of structure organization and performance of financial analysis on the base of accounting statements state-funded organization Cekus Chotebor. In the first part I devote theoretic section, description of nonprofit sector, public sector. In the next part are noticed the kind of structure organization. Last part is devoted to calculation of financial analysis indicators.
