Bakalářská práce zpracovává analýzu péče o zaměstnance se zaměřením na společnost Slovácká pekárna s.r.o. Cílem praktické části je zjistit a zanalyzovat aktuální situaci péče o zaměstnance, prozkoumat s tímto stavem spojenou dosavadní spokojenost zaměstnanců a navrhnout opatření, jež by pomohla ke zdokonalení pracovních podmínek.
