Significance of determining chloride in sweat in patients suspected of cystic fibrosis
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá shrnutím nejdůležitějších poznatků o cystické fibróze, stanovením chloridů v potu u souboru pacientů s klinickými symptomy cystické fibrózy, vyhodnocením získaných dat v souvislosti s genetickou diagnostikou a zhodnocením dignostického přínosu stanovení chloridů v potu u dětských pacientů vyšetřených ve FN Brno pro podezření na cystickou fibrózu.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis sums up the most important knowledge of cystic fibrosis,discusses the determination of chloride concentrations in sweat in a group of patients with clinical symptomps of cystic fibrosis, evaluates obtained data in association with genetic diagnostics and assesses diagnostic benefit of measuring chloride concentrations in sweat of pediatric patients examined at the Teaching Hospital …more
