The Attitude of Nurses to Selected Life Areas during the COVID-19 Pandemic and Afterwards

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce zní "Postoj zdravotnického personálu k vybraným oblastem života během pandemie COVID-19 a po skončení pandemické vlny." Obsahuje dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části shrnujeme teoretická východiska, dále kapitoly well-being, postoje života, onemocnění COVID-19, distanční výuku žáků a studentů, vztahy ve společné domácnosti, profesi všeobecné sestry a závěrem charakterizujeme psychohygienu. Praktická část popisuje kvalitativní výzkum, jež jsme realizovali formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s otevřenými otázkami. Jednalo se o zjištění skutečnosti, jak pandemie COVID-19 a následné období ovlivnilo postoje zdravotnického personálu k vybraným oblastem života. Výzkum pro nasycenost dat obsahuje rozhovory s pěti participanty - všeobecnými sestrami. Bylo jednoznačně zjištěno, že práce všeobecných sester na covidovém oddělení měla vliv na vnímání postojů života participanty. Výsledky jsou znázorněny v tabulkách a interpretovány v praktické části bakalářské práce. Stanovený hlavní cíl byl splněn na základě splnění dílčích cílů.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is " The Attitude of Nurses to Selected Life Areas during the COVID-19 Pandemic and Afterwards." It consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we summarize theoretical foundations, chapters well-being, life areas, COVID-19 disease, distance learning for students, relationships in shared households, the profession of nurse, and we characterize mental hygiene. The practical part describes qualitative research that we conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions. The aim was to find out how the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent period influenced the attitudes of healthcare personnel towards selected areas of life. The research for data saturation includes interviews with five participants - general nurses. It was unequivocally determined that the work of general nurses in the COVID department had an impact on the perception of life areas by the participants. The results are displayed in tables and interpreted in the practical part of the bachelor's thesis. The main goal was achieved based on the fulfillment of partial goals.
