Cílem této diplomové práce je projekt optimalizece procesu nákupu ve firmě Honeywell dle platných norem ISO/TS 16949:2002, s vyžitím nástrojů elektronického podnikánía aukce. V teoretické části jsou položena teoretická východiska pojmu kvalita a vývoj systému řízení kvality, ISO normy řady 9000 a ISO/TS 16949, a také poskytuje čtenáři ucelený pohled na process nákupu.
