Práce si dává za úkol popsat a zejména analyzovat vnitrofiremní komunikaci v podniku MODUS, spol. s r. o. K tomuto účelu budou využity interní materiály společnosti (interní sdělení, metodika ISO, firemní magazín, emailová komunikace…).
