Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pohledávek po lhůtě splatnosti. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům, jako je pohledávka, vznik a typologie pohledávek. Její značná část se věnuje preventivnímu zajištění pohledávek před vznikem obchodního vztahu. Jsou zde popsány nástroje zajištění pohledávek po lhůtě splatnosti mimosoudní cestou. My thesis focuses on the issue of claims after the payment. The theoretical part is devoted to basic expressions, such as receivable, creation of a receivable and typology of receivables. A signifiant part is devoted to preventive ensure of receivables before the formation of a business relationship.
