Cílem bakalářské práce "Právní aspekty vinohradnictví" je analyzovat a popsat takové právní aspekty, které úzce souvisí s obchodováním s vínem. V první části práce je charakterizován systém klasifikace vín v České republice, jak jej vymezuje zákon o vinohradnictví a vinařství, společně s předpisy Evropských společenství.
