Contentment of patients in traumatology unit in Frýdek-Místek

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je svým obsahem zaměřena na spokojenost pacientů v traumatologické ambulanci Frýdek-Místek. V teoretické části se zabýváme samotnou traumatologií, její historií, vývojem a nejčastějšími úrazy ošetřovanými v již zmíněné traumatologické ambulanci. Další kapitola teoretické části je věnována spokojenosti s kvalitou poskytované péče a závěrečná část kvalitě ošetřovatelské péče.Těžištěm výzkumu byl dotazník, na který odpovídalo 130 respondentů z řad pacientů traumatologické ambulance. Hlavním cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit celkovou spokojenost ambulantních pacientů. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že více než 75 % respondentů bylo s kvalitou ambulantně poskytované péče velmi spokojeno. Dále se zjišťovalo to, jak respondenti hodnotí přístup ošetřujícího personálu a způsob poskytování informací o jejich zdravotním stavu, také o dalším postupu léčení, případných kontrolách, domácí péči apod. Touto analýzou a interpretací výsledků průzkumu jsme se zabývali v praktické části. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the satisfaction of patients in the traumatological unit in Frýdek-Místek. In the theoretical part we deal with traumatology itself, its history, development and most frequent injuries treated in the mentioned traumatology. The next chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the satisfaction with the quality of provided care and the final part focuses on the quality of nursing care. The source of the research was a questionnaire, which was answered by 130 respondents from the traumatology unit. The main target of this investigation was to determine the overall satisfaction of outpatient patients. The results showed that more than 75 % of respondents were very satisfied with the quality of outpatient care. Furthermore, we learnt how respondents evaluate the attitude of nursing staff and how to provide information about their health status, also about further treatment procedures, possible controls, home care, etc. We dealt with this analysis and interpretation of the survey results in the practical part. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the results of the survey.
