Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikačních dovedností všeobecné sestry v chirurgické ambulantní péči. První teoretická část z roviny úvodu a dělení komunikace postupně přechází podrobněji ke komunikačním dovednostem v ošetřovatelském procesu.
