Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rizika, která vznikají při realizaci transakcí koupě - prodej v mezinárodním obchodě a jejich limitace smlouvou. K naplnění cíle práce byl použit příklad konkrétní tuzemské obchodní společnosti, která obchoduje na českém i mezinárodním trhu. This diploma thesis is focused on risks that arise during the realization of purchase-sale transactions in international trade and the limitation of these risks in the contract.
