The rate of urbanization in the regions of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces urbanizace a jeho hodnocení v regionech České republiky pomocí ukazatele míry urbanizace. Práce vychází z teoretické definice procesu urbanizace, sídla a sídelní struktury a rozboru regionální struktury České republiky. Dále je detailněji rozebrána míra urbanizace ve vybraných regionech a posouzeny vazby na vybrané socioekonomické charakteristiky.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the urbanization process and its evaluation in the regions of the Czech Republic assessed with a urbanization rate indicator. It starts with theoretical definitions of urbanization, settlement and its structure and with an analysis of regional structures of the Czech Republic.
