Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit výhodnější způsob financování při pořízení dlouhodobého majetku, zda financování prostřednictvím leasingu či prostřednictvím úvěru. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vymezení dlouhodobého majetku a na způsoby jeho pořízení, oceňování, odpisování a vyřazení. Další část je věnována specifikování leasingu a úvěru. The goal of my Bachelor thesis is to find out a more favourable method of financing at acqusition of fixed assets, whether to finance by leasing or by credit. The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis is focused on specification of fixed assets and the method of their acquisition, valuation, depreciation and retirement.
