Usage of personality typology in business practices.

Abstract:

Abstrakt: Tato práce je zaměřena na využití typologických metod ve firemní praxi. Obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je představena definice pojmu osobnost a faktory, které osobnost ovlivňují. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy typologií. Práce samotná se zaměřuje na typologii MBTI a jejího využití v operativním řízení z pohledu manažera, personalistiky a prodeje. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá strategickým řízením a aplikací MBTI na celkovou kulturu organizace. Cílem praktické části je porovnání předpokladu typologie ideálního prodejce se zkoumaným vzorkem respondentů. Jako nástroj sběru dat bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Dotazník je zaměřen na jednotlivá preferenční písmena v typologickém vzorci. Následně byla provedena analýza těchto dat a na jejich základě byly potvrzeny či vyvráceny stanovené hypotézy. Na závěr jsou uvedena možná doporučení pro organizaci a také pro prodejce.

Abstract: This work focuses on the usage of typological method in business practices. It contains two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces definitions of personality and the factors that shape personality. Subsequently there are described different types of personal typology. The work deals with the MBTI typology and its usage in operational management for managers, human resources and sales methods. The end of the theoretical part is concerned with strategic management and MBTI applications to the culture of the organization. The main goal of the practical part is to compare the typology provided by the ideal vendors with the sample of respondents. For the data collection was used questionnaire survey. This questionnaire is aimed at the preferential letters in typological patterns. Furthermore the analysis of these data was provided. On that concern were either confirmed or disproved main hypotheses. At the end the possible recommendations were mentioned for the organization and also for the vendors.
