Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj exekučního řízení v letech 1861-1918 se souběžným studiem periodika Právník. Jednotlivé kapitoly postupují od obecných historických souvislostí přes zaměření se na právní úpravy v různých obdobích až ke zhodnocení změn exekučního řízení v daném období. The focus of this master's thesis is on development of enforcement proceedings in years 1861-1918 concurrently with study of review The Lawyer. The individual chapters proceed from generally historical contexts through focusing on legislation in different periods to evaluation of changes of enforcement proceeding in the period.
