Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rozborem opatření přijatých jako reakce na dluhovou krizi eurozóny v kontextu ekonomického popisu finančních krizí a právního režimu řešení insolvence státu. Blíže práce zkoumá některé právně sporné oblasti související s dluhovou krizí v eurozóně.
Abstract:
Paper deals with measures taken to tackle the sovereign debt and banking crisis in eurozone in the context of the economic model of financial crises and the legal framework for sovereign debt restructuring. Focus is paid to some legally dubious issues, that arose with connection to the eurozone debt crisis.
