Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout a zkonstruovat amperometrický biosenzor určený ke stanovení ethanolu ve vybraných vzorcích nápojů s obsahem alkoholu. V teoretické části jsou detailně popsány jednotlivé komponenty utvářející výsledný biosenzor a možné postupy určené k jeho zhotovení. The aim of this diploma thesis was to design and construct an amperometric biosensor intended for the determination of ethanol in selected samples containing alcohol.
