Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout a vytvořit produkt ve Vinařství Šoman pro vybrané segmenty zákazníků. V teoretické části jsou specifikovány pojmy z oblasti nabídky služeb zařízení cestovního ruchu a je popsán produkt v cestovním ruchu. Je charakterizován také marketingový mix a marketingový výzkum. The aim of bachelor thesis is to proposal and create a product in Winery Šoman for selected segments of customers. In the theoretical part are specifies the concepts from the area of offer of services of tourism facilities and it is describing a product in tourism.
