Abstract:

Složitá teritoriální struktura a vysoká různorodost hospodářského prostoru v Rusku předvolává nutnost zkoumání stabilizace hospodářské politiky a růst sociálně-ekonomických ukazatelů v regionech. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je doporučit konceptuální přístupy ke stabilizaci jednotné měnové-kreditní politiky v Ruské Federaci. Autorka analyzuje faktory, které mají vliv na ekonomický prostor v různých regionech pomocí regresních modelů. Konečným cílem výzkumu je vyvinout zásady koordinace mezi měnové-kreditnimi orgány a regionálního bankovního sektoru při provádění stabilizace, vzhledem k ekonomickým rozdíly mezi regiony v reakci na změny v měnové-kreditní politice.

Abstract:

A complex territorial structure and high heterogeneity of economic space in Russia necessitates the studies of economic stabilization policy and growth rate of socioeconomic parameters in the regions. The purpose of this research is to recommend conceptual approaches to the stabilization single monetary policy in Russian Federation. The author analyzes the factors which affect on economic space in different regions, by using regression models. The final aim of the research is to formulate the principles of coordination between the monetary authorities and regional banking sector in the implementation of stabilization, taking into account economic differences between the regions in response to the changes made by monetary policy.
