Cieľom diplomovej práce je preskúmať a zhodnotiť súčasný stav správy a riadenia konkrétnej holdingovej skupiny, popísať rolu a vzťah holdingovej skupiny k svojim dcérskym spoločnostiam. Ďalej popísať a analyzovať štruktúru riadenia s ohľadom na finančné výsledky dcérskych spoločností.
