Criminal attributes of drug crime
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá drogovou kriminalitou z pohledu trestního práva. Jejím základním cílem je rozbor zákonné úpravy, která se drogové trestné činnosti věnuje. Mimo jiné obsahuje zhodnocení účinnosti metod užívaných v boji proti drogové trestné činnosti z hlediska historického vývoje. V práci je též uvedena komparace drogové kriminality České republiky s Kolumbií.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with drug crime in a way of criminal law. The main goal of this thesis is analyze legislation that deals with drug crime. Among others, the thesis includes an evaluation of the results of the methods, which are used in anti-drugs strategy in the way of historical development. The thesis also includes a compararison of drug crime in the Czech Republic with Colombia.
