Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na principy štíhlé výroby a jednotlivé metody. Ve společnosti Toors CZ s.r.o., zabývající se výrobou vratové techniky, byla na základě pozorování vytvořena procesní analýza a VSM mapa. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on lean manufacturing principles and various methods. Based on the observation, there was process analysis and VSM map created in Toors CZ s.r.o. The map reflect a current status of the production process from orded to dispatch. For objectivity of measurements three different door configutations were chosen.
