Earnings system in the enterprise
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou mzdového systému konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu. V teoretické části je na základě odborné literatury z předmětné oblasti vypracován koncept, který slouží jako argumentační základna pro vlastní analýzu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the analysis of wage system of selected enterprise. In the first part, the concept is created on the base of specialized literature. The concept serves as an argumentation resource for the analysis. The practical part of the thesis describes the real wage system of selected enterprise. On the base of discovered data, possible changes of existing wage system are suggested.
