Abstract:
Mořské a sladkovodní řasy jsou známé obsahem nutričních látek.Díky vysokému obsahu minerálních látek, vitaminů, proteinů a vlákniny jsou vyhledávány jako potencionální zdroj potravin v lidské výživě.Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na stanovení stravitelnosti mořských a sladkovodních řas metodou in vitro s použitím inkubátoru Daisy.Současně byl stanoven obsah sušiny a popela.
Abstract:
Seaweeds and freshwater algae are known for their content of nutritional substance.Owing to high content of minerals,vitamins,proteins and fibres are searched as potential source of foodstuffs in human nutrition. The diploma thesis was aimed at determination of digestibility of seaweeds and freshwater algae by in vitro method using the Daisy incubator.Content of dry and ash was determined simultaneously …more
