Práce se zabývá zejména problematikou nové právní úpravy invalidních důchodů, ale také oblastmi, které s invalidními důchody a jejich reformou souvisí. The thesis analyzes especially the new regulation of invalidity pensions as well as the areas which are related to these benefits and their reform. It describes present pension systems, the pension reform and parametric changes in the Czech Republic, the organisational structure of institutions which administer pension insurance.
