Abstract:

Absolventská práce na téma Komunikace v personální práci je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje význam komunikace a její základní pojmy, verbální komunikaci, neverbální komunikaci a komunikaci v organizaci. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze současné společnosti Všeobecně zdravotní pojišťovny a získání konkrétních výsledků, které z analýzy získáme. Součástí jsou také návrhy a doporučení, kterými chci nabídnout řešení nedostatků v komunikaci a tím zvýšit efektivitu komunikace ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis on communication in personnel work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the importance of communication and its basic concepts, verbal communication, nonverbal communication, and communication in the organization. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of contemporary general health insurance company and to obtain concrete results obtained from the analysis. There are also included suggestions and recommendations which I offer solutions to shortcomings in communication and thus increase the effectiveness of communication in society.
