Diplomová práce popisuje veřejnou obchodní společnost a to od jejího samého počátku až po její ukončení. Teoretická část se zabývá právní úpravou této obchodní společnosti a vysvětlení její ekonomické podstaty. This dissertation thesis decribes generel commercial partnership from the beginning to the end. Theorerical part deals with legal regulations this general comercial partnership and explanation of economic substance. In the theoretical part is listed fictitious business.
