Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bude rozebrat a zhodnotit ustanovení smlouvy o prodeji podniku a vystihnout možné komplikace, jako je daňová problematika či problematika týkající se antimonopolního úřadu, které tuto smlouvu v praxi mohou provázet. In my diploma thesis, covering a topic Contract of Sale of an Enterprise, I intended to analyse the particular provisions of a legal document regarding to this subject, as well as other related issues. In addition, I tried to create a transparent picture of a procedure which needs to be followed to sell an enterprise in Portugal.
