Children cybercrime: behaviour of cyberbullying prepatrators on social networks

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Dětská kyberkriminalita: chování pachatelů kyberšikany na sociálních sítích" se věnuje tématu kyberšikany v prostředí sociálních sítí, a především pak pachatelům tohoto typu šikany. V teoretické části seznamuje se základními termíny, jakými jsou kyberkriminalita a kyberšikana, a dále se pak soustředí na dětské agresory, prevenci kyberšikany a její zákonné limity. Práce ve své druhé části poskytuje pohled na výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí rozhovorů s osobami, které se při své práci setkávají s dětmi, které se staly agresory. Výzkum se zaměřuje na jednotlivé případy kyberšikany, ve kterých analyzuje chování pachatelů, a hledá jejich společné rysy.

Abstract:

The thesis „Children cybercrime: behaviour of cyberbullying prepetrators on social networks“ focuses on cyberbullying in social networking environments and especially on perpetrators of this type of bullying. It introduces basic terms such as cybercrime and cyberbullying in the theoretical part and then concentrates on child aggressors, prevention of cyberbullying and its legal limits. In its second part, the thesis provides a view on a research that was carried out through interviews with people who meet child aggressors in their daily work. The research focuses on individual cases of cyberbullying in which it analyzes prepetrators’ behaviour, and searches for common features.
