Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje adaptaci nových zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je zpracování návrhu na zlepšení adaptačního procesu. První a druhá kapitola teoretické části shrnuje poznatky o adaptaci zaměstnanců, včetně pracovní a sociální adaptace. Třetí kapitola shrnuje poznatky o psychologické smlouvě, období a oblastech adaptace. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola pojednává o adaptačním procesu a o důsledcích neřízené adaptace. V praktické části je zhodnocen adaptační proces ve společnosti Expreska s. r. o. Následně dle výsledků dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že adaptační proces ve společnosti není efektivní a proto byly doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení adaptačního procesu. Konkrétněji je navržen adaptační proces, adaptační list a manuál.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the adaptation process of new employees. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate a proposal for improvement of the adaptation process. The first and second chapter of the theoretical part summarize the knowledge about employees’ adaptation, including work and social adaptation. The third chapter summarizes the findings of the psychological treaty as well as periods and areas of adaptation. The fourth and fifth chapters discuss the adaptation process and the consequences of uncontrolled adaptation. In the practical part, the adaptation process in Expreska s. r. o. is assessed. Following the results of the questionnaire survey, it was found that the adaptation process in the company was not efficient. Therefore, suggestions for improvement of the adaptation process were recommended. More specifically, an adaptation process, an adaptation sheet and a manual are proposed.
