Diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem soutěžitele v právu omezování hospodářské soutěže a vztahem k jeho zahraničnímu ekvivalentu podniku. Přibližuje, jakým způsobem se aplikuje koncept single economic unit a tzv. intra-enterprise doktrína, a to nejen v českém právu, ale rovněž v komunitární praxi. This thesis deals with the notion of competitor in the competition law and its relationship to its equivalent notion of undertaking. The focus is given to application the concept of single economic unit and so called intra-enterprise doctrine not only in Czech competition law, but also in European Union law.
