Reakce a adaptace salmonel na stres vyvolaný interakcí s vnějším prostředím

Response and adaptation of Samonella to stress caused by interaction with the external environment
Abstract:
Bacteria of the genus Salmonella are the major enteric pathogens causing disease in humans and animals. Bacteria proliferate in the gastrointestinal tract of warm-blooded and cold-blooded vertebrates and successfully survive in the external environment (wastewater, river, sea water or foodstuff).
