Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá komunikáciou v managemente služieb. Pozornosť je zameraná na komunikáciu a psychologický stav medzi nadriadeným a podriadeným. Cieľom práce je skúmať manažérsku komunikáciu a zistiť, ako sa dá zlepšiť.
