Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života z pohledu genderových nerovností. Smyslem diplomové práce je poukázat na překážky, které pociťují ženy s malými dětmi při snaze o skloubení mateřství a kariéry a možnosti překonávání těchto bariér.
Abstract:
The work goes into problems of harmonisation of familial and working life from gender inequality point of view. The purpose of dissertation is to point out on obstacles, which women with small children feel along with effort to joint maternity and career and about possibility of overcoming those barriers
