Principle of Primacy of EU Law according to the Lisbon Treaty and the Case law of the Czech Constitutional Court

The aim of this thesis is to analyze basic principle of application of the European law – the principle of primacy. The thesis clarifies establishment and development of this principle by means of the case law of the European Court of Justice prior the Lisbon Treaty has been enacted. Táto práca si kladie za cieľ rozobrať základnú zásadu aplikácie európskeho práva - zásadu prednosti. V práci je objasnený vznik a vývoj tejto zásady za využitia judikatúry prijímanej Európskym súdnym dvorom pred jej zakotvením v Lisabonskej zmluve.
