Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje možnostem přípravy filmů z želatiny a kolagenního hydrolyzátu vhodných k mechanickému zpevnění degradované historické usně a pergamenu. V rámci experimentální části práce bylo nejprve testováno vhodné složení pro vytvoření filmu odpovídajících vlastností. Dále byly filmy modifikovány, především pomocí síťování. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the manufacturing of films from gelatine and collagen hydrolysate, suitable for mechanical support of deteriorated historical leather and parchment. The experimental part has two sections. In the first section, we studied various compositions of the film and its modification through crosslinking.
