Práce se zabývá vlivem rozvodu na dítě v předškolním věku v souvislosti s druhem porozvodového uspořádání a typem péče. Popisuje druhy péče, zjišťuje jejich dopad na dítě a snaží se zhodnotit, zda má na dítě zásadní vliv, případně jaká forma péče se jeví jako nejvhodnější. Abstract:
The work deals with the effect of divorce on a child of preschool age in connection with the type of post-divorce arrangement and the type of post-divorce custody. It describes the types of custody, finds out their impact on the child and tries to evaluate whether it has a fundamental effect on the child, or what form of custody seems to be the most suitable.
