Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zkoumání klíčových faktorů kvality bydlení v Mladé Boleslavi a jejich vlivu na určování cen nemovitostí pro bydlení. The thesis deals with the research of key factors in housing quality in Mladá Boleslav and their influence on the real estate prices.
