Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je trestná činnost úředních osob v rámci státní správy a samosprávy. Tato trestná činnost je velmi citlivě vnímána a je podle ní posuzováno klima celé společnosti. Cílem práce je pokus o odhalení příčin korupce, její rozbor a dále osvětlení postihu korupce v českém právu. V práci se zaměřím na latentnost korupce a rozeberu vliv médií na korupční kauzy. The subject of the diploma thesis is criminal activity of public officers in state and municipal administration. This criminal activity is perceived very sensitively and the atmosphere in the society is assessed according to it. The aim of this work is to reveal reasons for corruption.
