Cílem této práce je popsat aktuální politiku proti praní špinavých peněz, analyzovat efektivnost, zjistit důvody neefektivnosti, porovnat fungování politiky v EU a globálně, a také navrhnout doporučení napravení fungování této politiky. The aim of this work is to describe the current anti-money laundering policy, analyse the effectiveness, identify the reasons for inefficiency, compare the functioning of the policy in the EU and globally, and propose recommendations to correct the functioning of this policy.
