Cultural infrastructure and perception of cultural traditions in the village Lčovice

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je popsat obecné veřejné mínění o kultuře, vnímání kulturních památek a tradic v obci Lčovice s výstupem v podobě realistických autorských návrhů a doporučení pro zkvalitnění kulturní vybavenosti a vyplnění kulturních mezer v obci Lčovice.V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako kulturní infrastruktura či kulturní mezera. Dále je přiblíženo financování kultury v menších obcích z veřejného rozpočtu a dalších alternativních zdrojů, práce je konkrétně zaměřena na financování místní kultury v podmínkách České republiky. Dále je přiblíženo, co se rozumí pod venkovskou kulturní vybaveností a jak se liší od městského prostoru. Teoretická část se zaměřuje i na rozměr místní hmotné a živé kultury.V praktické části práce je představena obec Lčovice, její kulturní památky a tradice, jakož i disponibilní kulturní infrastruktura na jejím území. Dále je praktická část doplněna dotazníkovým šetřením mezi obyvateli obce Lčovice zaměřeným na vnímání místní kulturní infrastruktury, dostatečnost kulturní vybavenosti, chybějící kulturní akce, rozměr dojížďky za kulturou do jiných obcí a ochotu místních obyvatel do kultury investovat.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to describe the general public opinion about culture, perception of cultural monuments and traditions in the village of Lčovice. The output will be in the form of realistic author's proposals and recommendations for improving cultural facilities and filling cultural gaps in the village of Lčovice.The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts such as cultural infrastructure or cultural gap. Furthermore, the financing of culture in smaller municipalities from the public budget and other alternative sources is approached. The work is specifically focused on the financing of local culture in the conditions of the Czech Republic. It also describes what mean rural cultural amenities and how they differ from the urban space. The theoretical part will also focus on the dimension of local material and living culture.The practical part of the work presents the village of Lčovice, its cultural monuments and traditions, as well as the available cultural infrastructure in its territory. Furthermore, the practical part is supplemented by a questionnaire survey among the inhabitants of Lčovice focused on the perception of local cultural infrastructure, the adequacy of cultural facilities, missing cultural events, the size of commuting to other municipalities and the willingness of local residents to invest in culture.
