Předmětem práce je analýza logistické činnosti ve společnosti Stavona, spol. s r. o. vyrábějící plastová a hliníková okna a dveře. V první části je popsán vývoj logistiky, její charakteristika a rozdělení. V této části jsou teoreticky vysvětleny zásoby v podniku a moderní metody řízení zásob. A subject of this work is the analysis logistics activity of company Stavona, spol. s r. o., which produces plastic and aluminium windows and doors.
