Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce, Nozickova teorie minimálního státu v jeho Anarchy, State and Utopia se zaměřuje na detailní rozbor fungování minimálního státu a následně jej podrobuje kritice dalších myslitelů. Závěr práce je věnován polemikou s touto teorií a jejím přínosem pro politickou filosofii.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis, Nozick´s theory of minimal state in Anarchy, State and Utopia focuses on detailed analysis of the functioning of a minimal state and then summarizes critical responses of the other thinkers. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to a polemic with Nozick's theory and its benefit for political philosophy.
