Mojí bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila do tří částí. V první části, teoretické, se zabývám vysvětlením základních pojmů a principů používaných při oceňování dále popisuje tvorbu a užitečnost cenových map na tržním oceněním. My Bachelor´s Thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with explanation of basic terms and principles used for appraisal and also describes creation and usefulness of pricing maps on the market evaluation.
