Tématem této práce je situační analýza firmy Vodafone Česká republika a.s. Úvodní část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a význam situační analýzy firmy, analýzou současného podnikatelského prostředí společnosti. Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is situation analysis Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. The first part is focused on characteristic and meaning situation analysis and analysis current business status of company. Next part includes structures and wishes of customers. The last part of this thesis is focused on specific problems and strategy of company relate to business and customers world.
