Electronic sales register as a tool improving competition law

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zavedením elektronické evidence tržeb, a zda má toto zavedení pozitivní vliv na státní rozpočet České republiky. Je zde podrobně rozebrán zákon o elektronické evidenci tržeb. Rozebrány jsou nejen výnosy plynoucí ze zavedení EET, ale také kalkulace nákladů vynaložených k realizaci EET. V práci je také řešeno, zda má zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb vliv na snižování podílu šedé ekonomiky v České republice. Práce rovněž řeší, zda existuje způsob, jak elektronickou evidenci obejít, případně jak tomuto obcházení zabránit.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of electronic sales records and whether this introduction has any positive influence on the state budget of the Czech Republic. There is a detailed analysis of the Electronic Record of Sales Act. Not only the revenues from the introduction of the EET, but also the costs of the EETs are analysed here. The thesis also examines whether the introduction of the electronic revenue records has an impact on the reduction of the share of the shadow economy in the Czech Republic. The thesis also informs whether there is a way to bypass the electronic records and, eventually, how to prevent such circumvention.
