Model of the implementation of the project management to the system of projects of the Communication agency

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití projektového řízení v Komunikační agentuře Fakulty multimediálních komunikací Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Práce je strukturována do tří částí. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými principy projektového řízení. V analytické části je na základě dotazníkového šetření proveden rozbor současného stavu řízení projektů s cílem identifikace problémových oblastí v systému projektů Komunikační agentury. Projektová část je následně věnována návrhům na odstranění nedostatků, a to především v oblasti plánování, řízení realizace a vyhodnocování projektů.

Abstract:

Presented diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of taking advantages from the project management in the Communication agency of Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The thesis is divided into three main parts. Theoretical part of my thesis desribes general principles of project management. In the analytical part, I analyze the system of the project management in the Communication agency to identificate its main problems. In the project part of my thesis I propose several suggestions for the improvements in planning, managing the project execution and finishing of the projects in the Communication agency.
