Diploma work provides summarized informanions about building savings, Providing conditions focused on financing of apartment building, Method of utilization and importance of selling building savings, Advantages and benefits of actual building savings. Direct support from government by state bounty. Progress tendency of apartment building in Slovak Republic and Czech Republic.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca poskytuje ucelené informácie o stavebnom sporení. Podmienky poskytovania so zameraním sa na financovanie bytovej výstavby, spôsob využitia a význam predaja stavebného sporenia. Výhody a benefity súčasného stavebného sporenia. Priama podpora štátu formu štátneho príspevku. Tendencie vývoja bytovej výstavby v SR a ČR.
